H-infinity control for continuous-time Markov jump linear systems with partial mode information

Resumo

In this paper we present new results for continuous-time Markov jump linear systems with partial observations on the jumping process. We assume the existence of a suitable detector which provides measurements of the Markov chain. Our aim is to design a detector-based H-infinity state feedback controller. The proposed design methods are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities and the results are applied to the control of an unmanned aerial vehicle and a power system.
