Resumo

The intermittency feature is considered to derive a generalize Kolmogorov's law on turbulence in the inertial subrange. The intermittency is modeled by a multifractal approach. A formulation for atmospheric eddy diffusivities is developed using the generalized Kolmogorov's spectral equation for turbulent kinetic energy and the Taylor's statistical theory on turbulence.
