Resumo

We address the detection and characterization of synchronization in coupled nonlinear oscillators by comparing the temporal and magnitude signatures unfolded in both mixed state and single state spaces of each subsystem. Such properties, as the complexity estimated by the Shannon entropy, are quantified by recurrence quantification analysis (RQA) and by using a Poincar\'e section to separate the temporal and amplitude signatures of the signals.
