Resumo

This paper reports the use of Horner's method in order to decrease the error propagation on simulation of recursive functions on digital computers, with particular attention to polynomial NARMAX. Three case studies were investigated: Logistic Map, Sine Map and Chua's Circuit. For each case, the Lower Bound Error of two pseudo orbits was calculated and it was possible to verify that the error decreases when Horner's method is applied.
