Resumo

In the process of opening a shopping mall, not all operating sectors are adjusted and ready for operation. In such cases, the management prioritizes the main services to be completed for basic operation of the establishment in their first days of life. The electrical work is essential as lighting, operating elevators and escalators, however, automation items of cargo and other more specific, if not complete, can be finalized over the coming months. The measurement of the energy consumed by each store is the shopping center's responsibility. The Shopping Center buys utility power, and internally distributes from its electrical substation, for all its domestic consumers. Thus, it is necessary to calculate the individual consumption of each store by reading the value of the electrical currents. To obtain the electric current values are used techniques such as application of a clamp meter. The reading of the electrical currents must be held at a time when the store is in normal operation, for in the absence or defect in the power meter, there will be sufficient data for the generation of power charging for each store. In this work, various shops consumption data were analyzed from Arapiraca Garden Mall, located in the city of Arapiraca - Alagoas (Brazil). The data processing has allowed for a comparative analysis between the results obtained from the use of formulas that calculate the monthly energy consumption; the results obtained by applying a model based on an Artificial Neural Network (ANN), and the results obtained by measuring actual energy consumption realized through a meter.
