Resumo

This work presents a controller design to an electrohydraulic actuator applied to movable nozzles on microsatellites launchers vehicle and sounding rockets using models obtained from closed loop identification, to improve require-ments to step-unit response as rise time (bandwidth) and overshot. The plant identification or dynamic system identi-fication to the Electro hydraulic actuator was obtained preliminarily using subspace methods. The actuator is being de-veloped to TVC system applied to Brazilian nozzles to attitude control, at the Aeronautic Technician Center (DCTA). The design criteria is to obtain rise time lower than 60 mili-seconds and 20 percent of overshot. The open loop trans-fer functions were identified from tests using simple proportional controllers and the controller designed is performed using the multiple rootlocus approach. The digital controller is implemented and validated using a real-time system. Others control extrategies are discussed using analog and digital controllers to the electrohydraulic actuator. Unit-step response are compared using closed loop data from test for validation
