Análise Eletromagnética de Transformadores de Potência Conectados a Rede Elétrica sob Condição de Curto Circuito

Resumo

Power transformers are very important equipment for the national electric system, enabling the transmission and enable the connection of the centers generators to consumers. Because of its importance and because it is directly connected to the grid, these devices are often exposed to short circuit currents, and can result in mal function. Therefore, this paper aims to show a grid connected three transformers single phase to represent the system in permanent regime and short circuit. This equipment is installed in the power plant of region North Brazil. For this, used were work tool Alternative Transient Program (ATP) to model the possible disturbances caused in transformer when connected to grid. Therefore, held the release of the working tool with commercial software based on the finite element method for electromagnetic analysis in 3D.
