Resumo
This research proposes a new multiconductor transmission line model developed directly in the phase domain based on the two-port representation in the frequency domain. The time-domain simulations are obtained using inverse transforms and convolutions. The model can be applied to model symmetrical and asymmetrical lines, without a vertical symmetry plain, and to simulate electromagnetic transients on unbalanced transmission systems with time-variable elements. The proposed model is validated based on frequency- and time-domain simulations obtained from well-established line models. Several time-domain simulations are carried out to test the proposed line model for fault and unbalanced situations.
