Resumo

The popularization of intelligent building has motivated the development of many devices and applications in order to offer new possibilities of interactions between users and facilities. It is fundamental the evaluation of these interactions in order to ensure an adequate specification of the system. In this paper we proposed a novel approach to model and simulate these interactions. The procedure adopts a component-based approach that enables the reuse of the models developed. To illustrate the main features of this approach, we presented an idealization of an intelligent building. This system is integrated by three systems: HVAC, lighting and security.
