Resumo
In this paper, a thermodynamics analysis and design of an absorption refrigeration system of double effect using water-lithium bromide with capacity of 15 TR's is presented, having the solar energy as energy source captured by a reflector of radiant heat concentration in a steam tube responsible for the transformation of radiation into thermal energy. With the modeling and deduction of the thermodynamics equations for each component of the cycle (generators, condenser, evaporator, absorber, heat exchanger), an algorithm in EES platform (Engineering Equation Solver) was generated for the automation of the calculus routines, it permits the simulation of several settings with alterations of the process variables. The results that have been gotten will be analyzed by tables and graphics that were generated by EES. The best operating conditions of the system will be identified where after of a future economic viability analysis might be implemented in regions with high incidence of solar radiation such as North and Northeast regions, thereby contributing to the increasing use of renewable energies and the sustainable development of the country.
