Key Performance Indicators for Disperse Productive System to Evaluate Performance Sustainability

Resumo

In general, the performance of the productive systems considers the efficient use of their technological transformation resources (e.g. machines) including information processing and handling/transportation operations. In the context of sustainability, there are not still a criteria or rules to evaluate the performance ofa productive system (PS). Thus, this paper introduces a new approach to identify and evaluate the performance indicators related to sustainability of productive systems, in special the cases of PS geographically dispersed, i.e., PS in cloud computing environment. This approach is based on a framework to measure key-performance-indicators (KPIs) that evaluate the system´s sustainability. This framework considers the norm ANSI/ISA-95, and productive processes modeled in Petri net (PN) .
