Resumo
A handler replicator was prepared using DC motors controlled by the movements of the operator's arm using the command of exoskeleton, demonstrating the new techniques developed. In the exoskeleton, the sensors send information about the position of the operator's arm; the manipulator assumes the same position, being used to prevent harmful contacts with people in specialized high-risk activities, that could be dangerous to their health In order to develop a system that meets the needs of the market, it was designed and built a handler with special features that improve performance in relation to cost and ease of operation. Using an intuitive control system comprising a central station and programmable command compatible with the majority of technical manipulation handlers, such as DC motors, AC motors, hydraulics, etc., as well as the accuracy of the engines. The advantage is that the acquisition of special motors is not required, needing only, to adapt to the existing drive mechanisms. This feature shows the advantages of the cost as it is a cheaper product than conventional precision control systems and has broader compatibility.
