Resumo

From design and construction of the first internal combustion engine, many training systems and igniting the air / fuel mixture systems has being developed. The adaption of electronic devices enables to optimize your performance and lowering environmental impact caused by cars that use it. The task of calibration and adjustment, aiming this optimization, requires management electronics systems called central electronic programmable, that despite the different existing manufacturers have a high cost and a level of access incompatible with the needs of an independent research group. This work aims to design, build and test a system for managing electronic ignition and fuel injection programmable for analyzing the operating parameters of an internal combustion engine and control strategies associated with this function. The development of these systems is a multidisciplinary task that encompasses thermodynamic concepts, control, structural and others. In the first stage of this work the methodology used to conduct the operation of the engine and the installation of programmable module is presented. In the second stage tests for implementing a programmable management system will be carried out, with its advantages, disadvantages and limitations. The results will show that advantage of providing access conditions for development of new control strategies, allowing further refine the search in internal combustion engines.
