Nonlinear Vibration Effects During Induction Motor Acceleration

Resumo

This article shows a study about nonlinear vibration effects that can occur in an induction motor acceleration due an interaction between the motor and the elastic support structure dynamics. A coupled model was obtained and after simulated to verify if nonlinear effects like Sommerfeld effect or Chaos can occur.
