Resumo

This work presents a hybrid environment to be applied in the commissioning of control systems. The environment comprises a software used to construct discrete event simulation models and a pneumatic bench of tests. The simulation software is the Free and Open-Source Software Ururau, which is the first Brazilian software designed to construct discrete simulation models. A simulation model of an industrial plant, which was integrated to a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) of the test bench, was constructed to demonstrate the use of the environment. The model simulated a manufacture system with processes of turning, inspection, drilling and rectification. The controller worked on the inspection performed automatically on the test bench. The preliminary results showed the feasibility of applying the Ururau software integrated to digital controllers for tests in automated industrial processes.
