Resumo
The development of technologies for the benefit of solar energy has been outstanding in recent years due to its enormous potential use for generating electricity. Among these technologies can highlight the concentrated solar power (CSP) collectors that serve to direct solar radiation to a specific point. Because these collectors are subject to seasonal variation of solar lighting is of great importance that methods are developed so there is a greater take advantage of the sun's energy in less time. This paper proposes a technique for calculating the amount of solar energy that optimizes the operating time of a Linear Fresnel reflector. This technique is to establish an algorithm for calculation purposes that optimal solar energy taking into account, in a thermal analysis, energy losses in devices powered by a system that works for CSP collectors. Note that although this methodology has already been used elsewhere in the world, even in the current literature are few references on this subject. And it is noteworthy also that the technique presented in this article can be applied in other regions in the world.
