ANALYSIS OF A FRAMED STRUCTURE CONSIDERING THE SSI AND SUBJECTED TO DYNAMIC WIND LOAD

Resumo

As another improvement in the structural analysis, a different way of soil structure interaction (SSI) is proposed for pile groups foundations. The pile-soil interaction is peculiar and yields a valuable settlement assess of the corresponding supported superstructure. An also peculiar combination with a dynamic synthetic wind technique permits a SSI analysis for dynamic wind loads. The possible influences that the SSI do at the horizontal displacement at the top is investigated. Some issues arise like whether some imposed limit horizontal displacement remains coherent if the SSI is taken under consideration.
