Resumo

This paper presents the implementation of a single-phase power meter aimed at analysing non-sinusoidal systems. The proposed meter was implemented in a high-performance device, the NI myRIO-1900, which integrates Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) and real time processor technologies in a single board. The main highlight of the proposed meter in comparison with existing commercial ones is that it uses the Currents' Physical Components (CPC) definitions to analyse the measured quantities.
