Resumo

This paper presents an overview of the Distributed Generation impacts in the quality of distribution systems energy related to short-circuit levels and voltage sag. The paper presents the main distributed generator technologies applied in distribution systems: DFIG, photovoltaic generator, synchronous generator, induction generator. The analysis is performed applying a three-phase fault near to generator bus, for different system scenarios, thus allowing the evaluation of the increase in network short-circuit levels and the impacts of each elevation. The analysis was carried out through simulations in Simulink software using a distribution system based on a real feeder. The results obtained allowed to evaluate the different contributions of each type of distributed generator in the system short-circuit levels and possible impacts caused by the massive insertion of each technology.
