Resumo

This paper investigates the suggestions made by ANEEL in the Public Hearing 001/2019, which has the purpose of improving the regulation of distributed generation. An adjustment of the Optimized Tariff Model is used for the analysis, since the conventional model is not able to tackle the problem correctly. Based on the proposed methodology, the economic impact caused by changes in regulation can be verified, and improvements may be pointed out.
